Ruby and the Vines were formed in 2010. They are a trio consisting of Binisa Bonner on vocals and bass, Greg Sanders (Teotima) on guitar and Ben Assiter (James Blake) on drums. Their debut EP, Red Storm, was released in 2011. Since forming, they have performed at Glastonbury Festival, Secret Garden Party Festival, the Queen Elizabeth Hall Southbank, The Bloomsbury Theatre, Rich Mix and many other reputable venues, as well as getting airplay on Radio 1 (Gilles Peterson), BBC 6 Music (Tom Robinson, Don Letts), Xfm (John Kennedy), Jazz FM, Resonance FM and other stations.
